SHIPPING

The majority of our Royal Calcio products are made to order, meaning we don't always have physical stock of all the items, this is perfect for us because it means we don't have to buy lots of stock and hope that they sell, we out source the shipping on most products which creates more time for us to focus on new designs and content.

 

Shipping usually takes 3-14 days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order and shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

RETURNS

We have a 14 day return policy, if 14 days have passed we cannot accept a return or exchange request. Our products are hot off the press so we can offer an exchange / voucher for any unwanted items  however, if our products arrive damaged we will of course replace it and send you another one free of charge.
